Photo and Media Release
As part of the nomination process, a parent or legal guardian will be asked to complete a photo and media release form. This gives Keystone Community Athletics & Play permission to use approved photos or videos of the athlete in our website, social media, community outreach, and promotional materials.
The release helps us share athlete stories, highlight the impact of the program, and build awareness of our mission. Participation in photography is voluntary, and the form clearly explains how images may be used.
